Terms and Conditions for Instant Admission Cum Scholarship Test (iACST)
The student/parent/guardian (“You”, “Your”) understands and agrees that
personal information will be collected by Aakash Educational Services
Limited (“AESL”/ “Company”) while submitting the registration form. Such
information may be used or stored by the Company as stated in its Privacy
Policy available at
https://www.aakash.ac.in/privacypolicy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the privacy policy, and the
registration form, you provide consent to AESL to contact you via phone,
e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for sharing
information, updates, and promotional material related to AESL’s services
until 31st July 2026. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing
to care@aesl.in
You hereby declare that, at the time of filling the registration form, the
student is 10 years or above. You further confirm that you have read,
understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions for iACST as stated
herein.
Any student who is pursuing Class 5th or above is eligible to appear for the
iACST exam.
It is mandatory for You to fill in all the required details as requested in
the registration form provided by the Company. In case of incomplete details
provided by the student/ parent/ guardian, such registration form will not
be considered for iACST.
You must provide a mobile number & e-mail ID. The result of iACST or any
other communication or information will be sent by the Company through SMS
and/or e-mail on such mobile number and e-mail ID provided to the Company by
the student/ parent/ guardian at the time of filling the Registration form.
Company shall not be responsible if the student/ parent/ guardian does not
receive any such information regarding iACST or other such important
communication due to an incorrect or invalid mobile number/ e-mail id
provided by the student/ parent/ guardian at the time of filling the
Registration form.
On successful enrolment of a student for attempting iACST test the student
shall be provided with a username and password through SMS and/or e-mail on
such mobile number and e-mail id provided to the Company by the student/
parent/ guardian at the time of filling the Registration form.
A student is eligible to take 2 attempts for iACST in an academic year by
using one mobile number.
The scholarship is valid for all AESL Courses offered by the Company;
however, the scholarship granted under iACST applies only to a few specific
fee components of the AESL. Detailed scholarship criteria can be obtained
from the nearest AESL branch. The cut-off score for scholarship eligibility,
as well as the grant validity and percentage of scholarship, shall be
determined at the sole discretion of AESL management. All final decisions
regarding the iACST scholarship shall rest exclusively with the management
of the Company.
Where a student has been granted a scholarship through iACST, the student
must comply with the following requirements while availing or enrolling on
any AESL Courses at the Company’s branch/centre. Failure to meet any of
these requirements will result in immediate revocation of the scholarship
without any prior notice to the student/parent/guardian. The decision of the
Company’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on You.
a.
ATTENDANCE:
The attendance of the student in the applicable AESL Course should not
drop below 85% throughout the tenure of the AESL Course. A student under
this program must write all his/her class test papers conducted by the
Company in his/her batch.
b.
TEST MARKS:
The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their
regular assessment tests for Medical aspirants & class (VI/VII/ VIII / IX
/ X students) and a minimum of 60% marks in their regular assessment tests
for Engineering aspirants.
c. Any act of indiscipline by the student reported to the Company’s
administration will not be tolerated. A warning will be issued, allowing
the student to improve his/her behaviour. If, despite the warning, the
student repeats any act of indiscipline, his/her iACST scholarship will be
revoked with immediate effect.
d. If a student engages in misconduct—such as teasing, indiscipline, use
of abusive language, or any other negative behaviour—he/she may be
rusticated by the Centre Head. In such cases, no refund of fees shall be
entertained.
e. If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes for a period
of 10 days without prior permission from the Centre Head, then a warning
letter will be issued against him/her and despite the warning letter, if
the student continues to default further and does not change his/her
attitude, then the iACST scholarship of such student will be revoked with
immediate effect.
f. If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to
any other reasons without prior permission from the Centre Head, his/her
scholarship under the iACST program will be revoked with immediate effect.
g. In any given circumstances, the maximum scholarship to be offered by
AESL for the students shall not exceed 90 percent; however, The students
securing greater than 70% iACST scholarship in online exam will have to
re-appear in offline mode at their nearest branch in order to avail the
same scholarship benefit.
If any student fails in his/her school examination, the iACST scholarship
will be withdrawn, and such student will be disqualified from availing the
iACST scholarship benefits.
Student/ parent/ guardian hereby authorises the Company and/or its service
provider(s) to reach out with transactional/promotional/ updates or other
information on WhatsApp/ e-mail /Call and Text /AI Communication messages.
In case, any dispute or difference arises between student(s) / parent(s) and
the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions,
non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to
these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator
who shall be appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The proceedings
shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over
the matter and/or for enforcement, as the case may be. The Courts at Delhi
shall have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to the arbitration proceedings,
which are also to be conducted at Delhi) over any or all disputes arising
out of these terms and conditions, and the parties hereby submit themselves
to the jurisdiction of such Courts and/or Tribunals.
The student/ parent/ guardian hereby agrees that the Company may use
name, photographs, and videos of me and/or my child for publicity in all
kinds of media. In addition, AESL also reserves the right to record a video-
audio testimonial of me and/or my child for referencing or promotion, as
required by the Company, before or after the iACST exam is conducted for
publicity in all kinds of media.
