TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering for ANTHE, you acknowledge and agree that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy (accessible at aakash.ac.in/privacy-policy), which is subject to change at AESL's discretion. Consequently, you (or your parent/guardian, if you are under 18) hereby consent to AESL contacting you via phone, email, SMS, or other communication channels to share relevant updates, information, and promotional materials until 31st August 2027. You retain the right to withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a request to care@aesl.in.
A. ANTHE REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE
- Students/ parents/ guardians ("You", "Your") can either register for ANTHE at the AESL website: https://anthe.aakash.ac.in or submit the duly filled forms available at the nearest AESL Branch / AESL Learning Centre along with a self-attested photocopy of the student's marksheet for Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, or XII, as applicable. In instances where the official marksheet is unavailable, enrollment can be completed by submitting a self-attested photocopy of a valid school-issued Identity Card.
ANTHE is conducted in two distinct formats: offline and online exam modes. You may register for either format through the official website or by visiting your nearest AESL Branch or AESL Learning Centre. A non-cancellable and non-refundable registration fee of INR 200 is payable for attempting ANTHE in either mode. If you wish to change your selected exam format (from offline to online or vice versa), the request must be formally submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled ANTHE exam date; AESL will not entertain any late requests or refund this registration fee under any circumstances whatsoever.
It is mandatory to complete all required fields in the registration form. Providing incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or multiple registrations will result in the immediate rejection and cancellation of your application. Furthermore, AESL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require any disqualified student to reappear for the ANTHE at any point during the designated examination period.
Upon successful completion of the registration process, your registered mobile number and email ID will serve as your credentials to access the official AESL portal. This portal centralizes all critical information and preparatory resources, including your ANTHE admit card, official communications, complimentary sample papers, and paid mock tests; it will also serve as the platform for the online ANTHE examination. Additionally, you may opt to purchase a package of four (4) online mock tests for a non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 50, which are provided exclusively in online mode.
You must provide the accurate mobile number to ensure the seamless receipt of necessary communications. By submitting these details, you provide your explicit, specific, and informed consent to allow the Company to process your personal data to declare ANTHE results and transmit operational updates, notifications, or promotional materials via SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, email, or automated AI messaging channels. The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver critical notices resulting from incorrect or invalid contact information provided by you. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, the processing of your contact details will be limited strictly to these specified purposes, and you retain the absolute right to withdraw your consent for promotional communications at any time through the Company's designated grievance or opt-out channels without affecting your exam participation.
B. AESL COURSES OFFERING
Upon successful completion of ANTHE, your performance data will be processed to determine your eligibility for admission into various AESL Course offerings, which include AESL full-time classroom programs, Aakash Learning Center (ALC) Courses, Aakash Digital Courses (long-term), the Distance Learning Programme (DLP), and the Invictus courses (available exclusively at selected branches across applicable classes), as well as any future programs introduced by the Company. For the purpose of scholarship administration, these programs are collectively referred to as "AESL Courses." In compliance with data protection regulations, your personal information will be processed solely for the purpose of facilitating these admission and scholarship opportunities, and any subsequent enrollment into new or modified services will be subject to updated notice and consent as required by law.
C. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The scholarship offered under ANTHE shall apply to all AESL Classroom Courses, Invictus program, ALC courses, & Aakash Digital Courses (Long Term).
- Scholarship structures under ANTHE are determined on a mode-specific basis. By selecting an examination mode, you acknowledge and agree to the following distinct scholarship provisions:
Offline Mode: Candidates are eligible for up to a 100% Scholarship on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
Online Mode: Candidates are eligible for up to an 80% Scholarship on the Tuition Fee.
You hereby consent to the processing of your examination results and data specifically for the purpose of evaluating, administering, and allocating these differential scholarship structures and eligible fee concessions across AESL Courses. This criteria will be applied transparently based on the performance parameters established for each respective mode.
D. REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
- At the time of enrollment in AESL Courses, it is mandatory to submit a school-issued marksheet from the previously passed class or an official document verifying the student's date of birth, which shall be processed strictly for the purposes of age verification and eligibility validation. If, at the time of enrollment or at any stage thereafter, the AESL administration identifies that you have created multiple or fraudulent registrations for ANTHE using differing personal details or contact numbers, such actions will be treated as a material misrepresentation of data. Consequently, in accordance with the Company's right to ensure data integrity, AESL reserves the absolute right to forfeit any granted scholarship with immediate effect and initiate appropriate administrative action. Students who are granted a 100% scholarship shall be required to submit an authenticated mark sheet issued by their school for the immediately preceding academic class at the time of admission. In the event AESL identifies any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or suspicious details in the submitted academic records, the management reserves the absolute and unconditional right to revoke the awarded benefit with immediate effect. AESL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for such revocation.
- If any student fails in his/her school exams, the scholarship offered under ANTHE will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the scholarship.
- During the AESL courses at AESL, a student must meet the following requirements, failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of the management of AESL shall be final and binding on You.
- ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85% throughout any of the AESL Courses. Minimum attendance of 85% is required for every student enrolled in AESL Courses, whether the student has availed of any scholarship under ANTHE or not.
- TEST MARKS: It is compulsory for the Student under AESL Courses to write all his/her class test papers conducted by AESL in his/her batch. The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests (for medical aspirants & class VI/VII/ VIII/ IX/ X students) and 60% marks in their regular assessment tests (for engineering aspirants), including All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Minimum 40% marks are required in regular assessment tests on a fortnightly & monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in the forthcoming years of their 2/3 Year program.
- Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in any of the Branch / AESL Learning Centre / Aakash Digital will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the scholarship grant immediately at per discretion.
- If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Branch / Learning Centre Head, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the scholarship program of such a student will be revoked with immediate effect.
- If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Branch / Learning Centre Head, his/her candidature for the scholarship will be revoked.
- Scholarship percentages for online and offline ANTHE Tests may vary based on the Company's admission, assessment, counselling, verification, operational, and academic policies. Such differentiation forms part of the Company's institutional framework and shall not be construed as discriminatory or as creating any vested right or entitlement.
E. CASH AWARDS
- A total of 1750 students, as applicable across various categories, shall be granted cash awards based on the ranks secured in ANTHE, in accordance with the details specified on pages 3 and 4 of the brochure.
- A cash award may be claimed under only one category of AESL Courses, and shall not be available for multiple course categories. This restriction shall not apply to Test Series and Crash Courses, which are excluded from this limitation.
- To be eligible for cash awards under the One to Three Year Integrated Classroom Courses / ALC Courses, it is mandatory for students of each class to enroll in the AESL Long-Term Digital / Distance Learning Program (DLP) on or before 1st March 2027. Upon successful enrollment in the Long-Term Aakash Digital / DLP Course, such enrollment shall be deemed final and non-cancellable. Students shall be required to submit a separate enrollment form for the Long-Term Digital / DLP Course. No fee shall be charged for this course; it is offered at 100% no cost to the student.
- To be eligible for cash awards under the Invictus course offered by AESL under AESL Courses offering, students enrolled in the Foundation category must secure a minimum of 90% marks in ANTHE. Students enrolled in Class X/XI/XII (Engineering stream) must secure a minimum of 95% marks in ANTHE to qualify for the same.
- Students who do not enroll in any of the AESL Courses shall not be eligible to receive any Cash Awards.
- All the "Cash Awards" shall be payable by AESL via NEFT; however, this is subject to change as per AESL's management.
- Students who have been granted Cash Awards are required to maintain consistent academic performance. Specifically, students enrolled in Medical or Foundation streams must achieve an average of at least 75% marks, and those in the Engineering stream must achieve an average of at least 60% marks, across all objective tests conducted by AESL, including the All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Alternatively, students may maintain eligibility by securing an All India Rank (AIR) within the top 300 in each AIATS examination. This requirement applies to students enrolled in the Classroom Program, Invictus Course, ALC Courses, or Long-Term Aakash Digital / DLP Courses. Failure to meet the above academic performance criteria shall result in the discontinuation of further installments of the Cash Award. This condition shall not apply to students enrolled solely in Test Series and Crash Courses. And also, Students who are granted cash award shall be required to submit an authenticated mark sheet issued by their school for the immediately preceding academic class at the time of admission. In the event AESL identifies any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or suspicious details in the submitted academic records, the management reserves the absolute and unconditional right to revoke the awarded benefit with immediate effect. AESL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for such revocation.
- To remain eligible for the Cash Award, the student must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% during the specified academic period. Failure to meet this attendance requirement shall render the student ineligible for the Cash Award.
- Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in the Classroom Branch / Learning Centre / Aakash Digital will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the Cash Award grant immediately at AESL's discretion.
- Cash awards under ANTHE are strictly mode-specific; any cash awards designated for the Offline examination mode are limited exclusively to Offline candidates, and conversely, cash awards designated for the Online examination mode apply solely to Online candidates under any circumstances. By participating in your chosen exam format, you acknowledge and consent that your examination mode data and corresponding performance results will be processed uniquely under these distinct frameworks for the purpose of verifying eligibility and dispersing mode-specific cash awards.
F. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- In the event of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions—including its interpretation, performance, or breach—the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the mutual consent of both parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in New Delhi in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from this agreement, including enforcement proceedings.
- By opting in to this provision, you grant AESL your explicit, specific, and revocable consent to process, publish, and display your name, photographs, audio-video recordings, and testimonials across print, digital, social, and electronic media for promotional, referencing, and educational publicity purposes, either before or after the ANTHE exam. Please note that providing this publicity consent is entirely voluntary and is not a pre-condition for registering for ANTHE, qualifying for scholarships, or securing admission into AESL Courses. You retain the absolute right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at care@aesl.in, and upon receipt of such request, AESL will cease processing your personal data for publicity purposes within the statutorily mandated timelines.
- In instances where two or more students secure identical marks or percentile scores in ANTHE 2026, the final ranking and determination of merit will be governed strictly by the criteria outlined in the Tie-Breaker Policy mentioned in the official ANTHE 2026 Information Brochure. Your examination performance data will be processed transparently in accordance with these pre-defined academic parameters to ensure an equitable evaluation.
