TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You understand that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process Your personal information at the time of registration process of ANTHE. You also agree that such personal information is subject to the terms and conditions of Company's Privacy Policy accessible at aakash.ac.in/privacypolicy which is subject to change from time to time at AESL's discretion.

A. ANTHE REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE

  1. Students/ parents/ guardian ("You”, “Your") can either register for ANTHE at AESL website: https://anthe.aakash.ac.in or submit the duly filled forms available at the nearest branch along with a self-attested photocopy of class VI / VII / VIII / IX /X / XI & XII mark-sheet (as applicable), one passport size colour photograph. In case mark-sheet is not available, You can enrol by submitting a self-attested photocopy of Your Identity Card issued by the school.
  2. ANTHE is conducted in two exam modes i.e., in offline and online mode. Student can register for either of the exam modes through website or visiting branch. A non-cancellable and a non-refundable fee of INR 100 shall be payable by You for attempting ANTHE in offline exam mode whereas ANTHE in online exam mode is free of cost. In any situation or circumstances whatsoever, if You wish to change the mode from offline exam mode to online exam mode or vice versa, it should be done seven days (7) in advance from the date of ANTHE exam. AESL will not refund this fee for any reasons whatsoever.
  3. It is mandatory for You to fill in all the required details as requested in the registration form. In case of incomplete/ incorrect/ duplicate/multiple details provided by You, such registration form will not be considered and will stand cancelled. Further, AESL reserves the right to ask any disqualified student to reappear in the ANTHE during the exam period.
  4. After the registration process, You will be provided with User ID and Password on Your registered mobile number and email ID for accessing the portal of AESL. You can find all the requisite and relevant details related to exam preparatory material including free sample paper, paid mock tests, timely communications related to ANTHE including Your admit card at AESL portal. Also, the ANTHE exam in online mode will be conducted on the same portal. Further, if You wish to take AESL's mock tests at any given point of time, You shall pay a non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 50 for attempting 4 mock tests. These mock tests are exclusively provided by the Company in online mode only.
  5. You must provide correct mobile number & e-mail IDs for the purpose of communication. Company is authorised to declare the result of ANTHE or send any other communication or information through SMS, WhatsApp, Call and/or e-mail on such mobile number and e-mail ID provided to the Company by You at the time of filling the registration form. Company shall not be held responsible if You do not receive any such information regarding ANTHE or other such important communication due to incorrect or invalid mobile number/ e-mail ID provided at the time of registration. The Company is hereby authorized to send important communications, updates, notifications, result of tests or any other information related to ANTHE and any other activities or any other information to the shared mobile number through SMS/WhatsApp/Call and e-mail.

B. Scholarship Criteria

The last date of ANTHE scholarship eligibility is valid till 31st December 2023, however, the Management has decided to extend the ANTHE scholarship eligibility and applicability till 31st January 2024, subject to 10% reduction in ANTHE Eligible Scholarship.

  • For students studying in Class XI and moving to Class XII, who wish to join AESL for One Year Integrated Classroom Course for NEET / JEE (Main & Advanced) & Board Exam.
  • For students studying in Class XII and will clear Class XII this year and XII passed students, who wish to join AESL for One Year Dropper/ Repeater Classroom Courses for NEET/ JEE (Main & Advanced).

C. REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

  1. At the time of enrolment in the Classroom Program, it is mandatory to provide mark-sheet issued by the school for passing the previous class or any other document mentioning the date of birth of the student. Wherein at the time of enrolment or thereafter, it has come to the knowledge of administration of AESL that You have made multiple registrations for ANTHE using different details (mobile numbers and email IDs), management of AESL reserves the right to forfeit the scholarship granted to You with immediate effect.
  2. If any student fails in his/her school exams, the scholarship offered under ANTHE, will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the scholarship.
  3. During the Classroom Program at AESL, a student must meet the following requirements failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of the management of AESL shall be final and binding on You.
    1. ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85% throughout the Classroom Program. Minimum attendance of 85% is required for every student enrolled in Classroom Program whether the student has availed any scholarship under ANTHE or not.
    2. TEST MARKS: It is compulsory for a student under this program to write all his/her class test papers conducted by the institute in his/her batch. The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests (for medical aspirants & class VIII/ IX/ X students) and 60% marks in their regular assessment tests (for engineering aspirants) including All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Minimum 40% marks are required in regular assessment tests on fortnightly & monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in forthcoming years of their 2/3/4 Year program.
  4. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in the classroom branch, will not be accepted. A warning will be issued to such students, offering them another chance to improve their behaviour. Despite warning, if the student does not alter his/her attitude and commits another act of indiscipline, his/her candidature for the Scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect.
  5. In case a student misbehaves/ gets involved in negative activities like teasing, theft, indiscipline, use of abusive languages, he/she can be rusticated by the Branch Head and fee paid shall not be refunded in such cases.
  6. If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Branch Head, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the scholarship program of such student will be revoked with immediate effect.
  7. If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Branch Head, his/her candidature for the scholarship will be revoked.

D. CASH AWARD

  1. A total of 700 students as applicable in separate categories will be granted Cash Awards as per the ranks secured in ANTHE as more particularly set out under page 3 of the brochure.
  2. Cash Award can only be claimed in any one category out of the two programs i.e., either Classroom Course or Long Term Digital/ DLP Course and not for both.
  3. For obtaining cash awards under One to Four Year Integrated Classroom Courses it is mandatory for students from each class to enroll for AESL Long Term Digital/ DLP program on or before 1st March 2024. Once the student is successfully enrolled in Long Term Digital/ DLP Course, enrollment is non-cancellable. The students will be required to fill a separate enrollment Form for Long Term Digital/ DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long Term Digital/ DLP Course and it is 100% Free.
  4. Students not enrolling in any of the Classroom Program will not be eligible for any cash awards of classroom program but only be given DLP program cash awards.
  5. Students joining Two Year Integrated Classroom/ Digital/ DLP Course for Class IX & X/ XI & XII or Three-Year Integrated Course for Class VIII to X / Class X to XII or Four-Year Integrated Course for Class IX to XII will get 40% of total Cash Awards in Academic Year 2024-2025 which will be disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th July 2024 and 2nd award installment by 15th December 2024) and remaining 60% of Cash Awards will be disbursed in Academic Year 2025-2026 in 2 equal installments (3rd award installment by 15th July 2025 & 4th award installment by 15th December 2025). All the “Cash Awards” shall be payable by AESL via Cheque or NEFT as per the installment’s disbursement dates mentioned hereinabove.
  6. Students joining One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Class VIII/ IX/ X/ XII or Long-Term Digital/ DLP Courses for one year will get total Cash Awards disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th July 2024 & 2nd award installment by 15th December 2024). Installments will be paid by 15th July & 15th December of respective academic years as detailed above, by the respective branch where the student appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in AESL.
  7. Students who have been granted cash awards should maintain good performance i.e. either score an average of 65% Marks for Medical/Foundation Stream & 60% Marks for Engineering Stream in all objective tests conducted by AESL (including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) OR maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom Program or Long Term Digital/DLP courses failing which will lead to discontinuation of the instalments of cash awards.

E. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. In case, any dispute or difference arises between You and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed with the mutual consent of both the parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.
  2. For terms and conditions and other details regarding the National Science Expedition Trip, please refer to page 7 of the ANTHE brochure.
  3. You hereby agree that the Company may use name, photographs, videos of Yours' for publicity in all kinds of media. In addition, AESL also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the Company before or after the ANTHE exam is conducted for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media.
  4. The merit list of the successful students under each course will be prepared by listing them in descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be decided sequentially applying the following set of rules:

Guidelines for National Science Expedition

Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum 100 students will be selected for the National Science Expedition
  • 10 students out of the Top 100 will be randomly chosen across all classes and streams.
  • The remaining 90 students will be chosen randomly from the other ranks.
  • The Prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged in any other form.
  • Destination(s) for National Science Expedition shall be in India and decided by the management of AESL.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for National Science Expedition, selected students must have enrolled in a Classroom Program at AESL for the academic year 2024-2025 and must have paid the first installment on or before 31st March, 2024. The Trip to National Science Expedition is subject to travel and other conditions such as entrance criteria to sites in National Science Expedition & it may change at the discretion of the management of AESL.

Note: There should be no refund request or legal proceeding or dispute by the student/parent with AESL.

Inclusions

Only the following expenses for the selected student(s) shall be borne by AESL:

  • Train/Airfare expenses
  • Accommodation as per itinerary.
  • Entry Tickets to excursion sites in National Science Expedition.
  • Transportation (Taxi/Cab)
  • Food

Exclusions & Important Guidelines

  • It is clearly understood and agreed that travel shall be subject to the covid norms/guidelines as may be applicable from time to time.
  • Expenses not mentioned in inclusions above shall be borne by the student(s) / parent(s).
  • Selected student(s) shall not indulge themselves in any illegal, unlawful, criminal activities.
  • AESL shall not be responsible in case of breach of provisions of all applicable laws by any student(s).
  • There will be no reimbursement in case student(s) do not avail the accommodation facility provided by AESL.
  • Arriving more than 15 Minutes Latefor Your scheduled start time will result in cancellation of all or part of Your tour.
  • Under either situations set forth above, the decision of AESL management shall be final and binding,
  • National Science Expedition is a non-transferable and non-refundable trip, however in the event this National Science Expedition trip is cancelled/ revoked by AESL or by You for any reasons whatsoever, AESL shall not bear any responsibility, claims and liabilities under any circumstances nor will refund any cash to You

Instructions for Visiting Excursion Sites in National Science Expedition

  • Everyone 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER must have a valid PHOTO I.D. (School ID, Aadhar, etc.)

  • While on the tour, the entire group must stay together, including bus drivers, chaperones, and students. No one is allowed to stray from the group.
