TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You understand that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process your personal information at the time of the registration process of ANTHE. You also agree that such personal information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Privacy Policy accessible at aakash.ac.in/privacy policy, which is subject to change from time to time at AESL's discretion.

A. ANTHE REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE

  1. Students/ parents/ guardians ("You”, “Your") can either register for ANTHE at the AESL website: https://anthe.aakash.ac.in or submit the duly filled forms available at the nearest AESL Branch / AESL Learning Centre along with a self-attested photocopy of class V / VI / VII / VIII / IX / X / XI & XII mark-sheet (as applicable), one passport-size color photograph. In case a mark-sheet is not available, you can enroll by submitting a self-attested photocopy of Your Identity Card issued by the school.
  2. ANTHE is conducted in two exam modes, i.e., in offline and online modes. You can register for either of the exam modes through the website or by visiting the AESL branch / AESL Learning Centre. A non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 300 shall be payable by You for attempting ANTHE in offline & online exam modes. In any situation or circumstance whatsoever, if You wish to change the mode from offline exam mode to online exam mode or vice versa, it should be done seven days (7) in advance from the date of the ANTHE exam. AESL will not refund this fee for any reason whatsoever.
  3. It is mandatory for You to fill in all the required details as requested in the registration form. In case of incomplete/ incorrect/duplicate/multiple details provided by You, such registration form will not be considered and will stand cancelled. Further, AESL reserves the right to ask any disqualified student to reappear in the ANTHE during the exam period.
  4. After the registration process, you will be provided with a User ID and DOB on Your registered mobile number and email ID for accessing the portal of AESL. You can find all the requisite and relevant details related to exam preparatory material, including free sample paper, paid mock tests, and timely communications related to ANTHE, including Your admit card, at the AESL portal. Also, the ANTHE exam in online mode will be conducted on the same portal. Further, if You wish to take AESL's mock tests at any given point in time, You shall pay a non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 50 for attempting 4 Mock Tests. These mock tests are exclusively provided by the Company in online mode only.
  5. You must provide the correct mobile number & e-mail ID for communication. The Company is authorized to declare the result of ANTHE or send any other communication or information through SMS, WhatsApp, Call, and/or e-mail, or through AI communication messages on such mobile number and e-mail ID provided to the Company by You at the time of filling the registration form. The company shall not be held responsible if You do not receive any such information regarding ANTHE or other such important communication due to an incorrect or invalid mobile number/ e-mail ID provided at the time of registration. The Company is hereby authorized to send important communications, updates, notifications, results of tests, or any other information related to ANTHE and any other activities or any other information to the shared mobile number through AI communication messages /SMS/WhatsApp/Call and e-mail.

B. AESL COURSES OFFERING

After the successful completion of ANTHE, You are eligible to take admission in various course offerings of AESL, namely (a) AESL full-time classroom program, (b) Aakash Learning Center Courses (ALC courses), (c) Aakash Digital Courses (long-term courses), (d) Invictus course ( e) Distance Learning Programme (DLP) and as may be introduced from time to time. For the purpose of clarity, all the mentioned courses for the purpose of Scholarship terms are referred to as (“AESL Courses”). Please note Invictus courses will be offered at selected branches only and this is applicable across all classes offering.

C. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The scholarship offered under ANTHE shall apply to all AESL Classroom Courses, Invictus program, ALC courses, & Aakash Digital Courses (Long Term).

D. REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

  1. At the time of enrollment in the AESL Courses, it is mandatory to provide a mark-sheet issued by the school for passing the previous class or any other document mentioning the date of birth of the student. Wherein at the time of enrolment or thereafter, it has come to the knowledge of the administration of AESL that You have made multiple registrations for ANTHE using different details (mobile numbers and email IDs), management of AESL reserves the right to forfeit the scholarship granted to You with immediate effect.
  2. Students who are granted a 100% scholarship shall be required to submit an authenticated mark sheet issued by their school for the immediately preceding academic class at the time of admission. In the event AESL identifies any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or suspicious details in the submitted academic records, the management reserves the absolute and unconditional right to revoke the awarded benefit with immediate effect. AESL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for such revocation.
  3. If any student fails in his/her school exams, the scholarship offered under ANTHE will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the scholarship.
  4. During the AESL courses at AESL, a student must meet the following requirements, failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of the management of AESL shall be final and binding on You.
    1. ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85% throughout any of the AESL Courses. Minimum attendance of 85% is required for every student enrolled in AESL Courses, whether the student has availed of any scholarship under ANTHE or not.
    2. TEST MARKS: It is compulsory for the Student under AESL Courses to write all his/her class test papers conducted by AESL in his/her batch. The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests (for medical aspirants & class VI/VII/ VIII/ IX/ X students) and 60% marks in their regular assessment tests (for engineering aspirants), including All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Minimum 40% marks are required in regular assessment tests on a fortnightly & monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in the forthcoming years of their 2/3 Year program.
  5. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in any of the Branch / AESL Learning Centre / Aakash Digital will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the scholarship grant immediately at per discretion.
  6. If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Branch / Learning Centre Head, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the scholarship program of such a student will be revoked with immediate effect.
  7. If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Branch / Learning Centre Head, his/her candidature for the scholarship will be revoked.

E. CASH AWARDS

  1. A total of 1750 students, as applicable across various categories, shall be granted cash awards based on the ranks secured in ANTHE, in accordance with the details specified on pages 3 and 4 of the brochure.
  2. A cash award may be claimed under only one category of AESL Courses, and shall not be available for multiple course categories. This restriction shall not apply to Test Series and Crash Courses, which are excluded from this limitation.
  3. To be eligible for cash awards under the One to Three Year Integrated Classroom Courses / ALC Courses, it is mandatory for students of each class to enroll in the AESL Long-Term Digital / Distance Learning Program (DLP) on or before 1st March 2026. Upon successful enrollment in the Long-Term Aakash Digital / DLP Course, such enrollment shall be deemed final and non-cancellable. Students shall be required to submit a separate enrollment form for the Long-Term Digital / DLP Course. No fee shall be charged for this course; it is offered at 100% no cost to the student.
  4. To be eligible for cash awards under the Invictus course offered by AESL under AESL Courses offering, students enrolled in the Foundation category must secure a minimum of 90% marks in ANTHE. Students enrolled in Class 10th, 11th, and 12th (Engineering stream) must secure a minimum of 95% marks in ANTHE to qualify for the same.
  5. Students who do not enroll in any of the AESL Courses shall not be eligible to receive any Cash Awards
  6. All the “Cash Awards” shall be payable by AESL via NEFT; however, this is subject to change as per AESL's management.
  7. Students who have been granted Cash Awards are required to maintain consistent academic performance. Specifically, students enrolled in Medical or Foundation streams must achieve an average of at least 75% marks, and those in the Engineering stream must achieve an average of at least 60% marks, across all objective tests conducted by AESL, including the All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Alternatively, students may maintain eligibility by securing an All India Rank (AIR) within the top 300 in each AIATS examination. This requirement applies to students enrolled in the Classroom Program, Invictus Course, ALC Courses, or Long-Term Aakash Digital / DLP Courses. Failure to meet the above academic performance criteria shall result in the discontinuation of further installments of the Cash Award. This condition shall not apply to students enrolled solely in Test Series and Crash Courses. And also,Students who are granted cash award shall be required to submit an authenticated mark sheet issued by their school for the immediately preceding academic class at the time of admission. In the event AESL identifies any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or suspicious details in the submitted academic records, the management reserves the absolute and unconditional right to revoke the awarded benefit with immediate effect. AESL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for such revocation.
  8. To remain eligible for the Cash Award, the student must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% during the specified academic period. Failure to meet this attendance requirement shall render the student ineligible for the Cash Award.
  9. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in the Classroom Branch / Learning Centre / Aakash Digital will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the Cash Award grant immediately at AESL's discretion.
  10. For Class V & VI Studying Students

    Top 50 ranking students in each class will also be eligible for Cash Awards*.

F. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. In case, any dispute or difference arises between You and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuance to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed with the mutual consent of both the parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.
  2. You hereby agree that the Company may use your name, photographs, and videos of Yours for publicity in all kinds of media. In addition, AESL also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials for referencing or promotion, as required by the Company, before or after the ANTHE exam is conducted for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media.
  3. In case two or more students obtain equal marks/percentile scores in ANTHE 2025, the order of merit shall be determined on following criteria from the ascending order which is as follows:
    1. Preference shall be accorded to students (s) who have undertaken the test in an offline mode.
    2. In cases where the mode of test is identical, i.e, offline, priority shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, in accordance with the ANTHE registration date — i.e., students who registered earlier shall be considered first.
    3. In the event that both Clause (a) and Clause (b) are identical for two or more students, the following tie-breaker criteria, as set out in the table below, shall apply:
