1. For Offline Mode Exam: Changes can be made up to 7 days before the exam.
2. For Online Mode Exam: Changes can be made up to 3 days before the exam.

Where is my exam centre for Offline AKTHE 2026?
You will find the exam centre on your admit card. You can download the admit card from Student Dashboard by logging in with your roll number and date of birth then clicking on Download Admit Card. The admit card will be released 5 days before the examination date.
