TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR AKTHE 2026

By registering for AKTHE 2026, you acknowledge and agree that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy (accessible at aakash.ac.in/privacy-policy), which is subject to change at AESL's discretion. Consequently, you (or your parent/guardian, if you are under 18) hereby consent to AESL contacting you via phone, email, SMS, or other communication channels to share relevant updates, information, and promotional materials until 31st August 2027. You retain the right to withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a request to care@aesl.in.

A. AKTHE 2026 REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE

1. Students/ parents/ guardians ("You", "Your") can either register for AKTHE 2026 at the AESL website https://akthe.aakash.ac.in/ANTHE-Kashmir or submit the duly filled forms available at the nearest centre along with a self-attested photocopy of Class studying 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th mark-sheet (as applicable), one passport size color photograph. In case a mark-sheet is not available, You can enroll by submitting a self-attested photocopy of valid school-issued Identity Card.

2. AKTHE 2026 is conducted in two exam modes, i.e., in offline and online modes. Students can register for either of the exam modes through the website or by visiting the center. A non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 200 shall be payable by You for attempting AKTHE 2026 in Offline & Online exam mode. In any situation or circumstance whatsoever, if You wish for change the mode from offline exam mode for online exam mode or vice versa, it should be done seven days (7) in advance from the date of the AKTHE 2026 exam. AESL will not refund this fee for any reason whatsoever.

3. It is mandatory to complete all required fields in the registration form. Providing incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or multiple registrations will result in the immediate rejection and cancellation of your application. Furthermore, AESL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require any disqualified student to reappear for the AKTHE 2026 at any point during the designated examination period.

4. Upon successful completion of the registration process, your registered mobile number and email ID will serve as your credentials to access the official AESL portal. This portal centralizes all critical information and preparatory resources, including your AKTHE 2026 admit card, official communications, complimentary sample papers, and paid mock tests; it will also serve as the platform for the online AKTHE 2026 examination. Additionally, you may opt to purchase a package of four (4) online mock tests for a non-cancellable and non-refundable fee of INR 50, which are provided exclusively in online mode.

5. You must provide an accurate mobile number to ensure the seamless receipt of necessary communications. By submitting these details, you provide your explicit, specific, and informed consent to allow the Company to process your personal data to declare AKTHE 2026 results and transmit operational updates, notifications, or promotional materials via SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, email, or automated AI messaging channels. The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver critical notices resulting from incorrect or invalid contact information provided by you. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, the processing of your contact details will be limited strictly to these specified purposes, and you retain the absolute right to withdraw your consent for promotional communications at any time through the Company's designated grievance or opt-out channels without affecting your exam participation.

B. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. The scholarship offered under AKTHE 2026 shall apply to all AESL Classroom Courses. Scholarship structures under AKTHE 2026 are determined on a mode-specific basis. By selecting an examination mode, you acknowledge and agree to the following distinct scholarship provisions: Offline Mode: Candidates are eligible for up to a 100% Scholarship on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Online Mode: Candidates are eligible for up to an 80% Scholarship on the Tuition Fee.

You hereby consent to the processing of your examination results and data specifically for the purpose of evaluating, administering, and allocating these differential scholarship structures and eligible fee concessions across AESL Courses. This criteria will be applied transparently based on the performance parameters established for each respective mode. Scholarship percentages for online and offline AKTHE Tests may vary based on the Company's admission, assessment, counselling, verification, operational, and academic policies. Such differentiation forms part of the Company's institutional framework and shall not be construed as discriminatory or as creating any vested right or entitlement.

C. REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

1. At the time of enrollment in AESL Courses, it is mandatory to submit a school-issued marksheet from the previously passed class or an official document verifying the student's date of birth, which shall be processed strictly for the purposes of age verification and eligibility validation. If, at the time of enrollment or at any stage thereafter, the AESL administration identifies that you have created multiple or fraudulent registrations for AKTHE 2026 using differing personal details or contact numbers, such actions will be treated as a material misrepresentation of data. Consequently, in accordance with the Company's right to ensure data integrity, AESL reserves the absolute right to forfeit any granted scholarship with immediate effect and initiate appropriate administrative action.

2. The students who will be granted a 100 percent scholarship should mandatorily provide an authenticated mark sheet issued by the school for the preceding class at the time of admission. In the event that AESL finds anything suspicious, the management of AESL reserves the absolute right to forfeit the scholarship granted to You with immediate effect, and AESL shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever in any given circumstances.

3. If any student fails in his/her school exams, the scholarship offered under AKTHE 2026 will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the scholarship.

4. During the Classroom Course at AESL, a student must meet the following requirements, failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of the management of AESL shall be final and binding on You.

  1. ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the class should not drop below 85% throughout the various Classroom Courses. Minimum attendance of 85% is required for every student enrolled in the Classroom Program, whether the student has availed of any scholarship under AKTHE 2026 or not.
  2. TEST MARKS: It is compulsory for a student under the Classroom Program to write all his/her class test papers conducted by AESL in his/her batch. The students will be required to maintain minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests (for medical aspirants & class VIII/ IX/ X students) and 60% marks in their regular assessment tests (for engineering aspirants), including All India Aakash Test Series (AIATS). Minimum 40% marks are required in regular assessment tests on a fortnightly & monthly basis to continue their scholarship award for the coming years of their 2/3 year classroom program.

5. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in the Classroom will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and condition of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the scholarship grant immediately as per discretion.

6. If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Centre, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the scholarship program of such student will be revoked with immediate effect.

7. If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Centre Head, his/her candidature for the scholarship will be revoked.

D. CASH AWARDS: ONLY APPLICABLE FOR OFFLINE MODE

1. A total of 27 students, as applicable, in separate categories, will be granted cash awards as per the ranks secured in AKTHE 2026.

2. For obtaining cash awards under One to Three Year Integrated Classroom Courses, students from each class must enroll in any of the Classroom Course i.e. 1/2/3 years on or before 1st March 2027. Once the student is successfully enrolled, enrollment is non-cancellable. The students will be required to fill out a separate enrollment Form at the time of admission in any of the Classroom Courses.

3. Students not enrolling in any of the Classroom Program will not be eligible for any cash awards.

4. Students enrolling in either the Two-Year Integrated Classroom Program for Classes IX & X/ XI & XII or the Three-Year Integrated Course for Classes VIII to X and X to XII shall receive the cash award. All the "Cash Awards" shall be payable by AESL via NEFT, however, this is subject to change as per AESL's management.

5. Students Joining the One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Class VIII/IX/ X/ XII shall also be Eligible for the cash awards.

6. Students who have been granted cash awards should maintain good performance i.e. either score an average of 65% Marks for Medical/Foundation Stream & 60% Marks for Engineering Stream in all objective tests conducted by AESL (including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) OR maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom Program, failing which will lead to discontinuation of the installments of cash awards.

7. In order to be eligible for the cash award, the student must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 85% during the specified academic period. Failure to meet this attendance requirement shall result in ineligibility for the cash award.

8. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of AESL in the Classroom will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, AESL reserves the right to revoke the cash award grant immediately as per discretion.

E. EXCEPTIONS

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, students enrolled in, or appearing for examinations from, any school, branch, or examination center located within the Jammu region are expressly excluded from eligibility for any cash awards.

F. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. In case any dispute or difference arises between You and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or under these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed with the mutual consent of both parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.

2. You hereby agree that the Company may use your name, photographs, and videos of Yours for publicity in all kinds of media. In addition, AESL also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials for referencing or promotion, as required by the Company, before or after the AKTHE 2026 exam is conducted for publicity in all kinds of media.

3. In the event of any unforeseen conditions, where the regular classes cannot be conducted by AESL and due to such unforeseen conditions or circumstances, students will be unable to take up the regular classes at AESL centres for any reasons whatsoever, then the classes will be held in online mode in the interim.

4. In instances where two or more students secure identical marks or percentile scores in AKTHE 2026, the final ranking and determination of merit will be governed strictly by the criteria outlined in the Tie-Breaker Policy mentioned in the official AKTHE 2026 Information Brochure. Your examination performance data will be processed transparently in accordance with these pre-defined academic parameters to ensure an equitable evaluation.

The order of merit shall be determined in the following sequence:

  1. Preference shall be accorded to students who have undertaken the test in offline mode.
  2. In the event that two or more students remain tied after applying Clause (a), the following stream-wise tie-breaker criteria shall apply:
Foundation (Class VII, VIII, IX & X) Medical Engineering
  1. Candidate having higher marks in Science
  2. Candidate having higher marks in Mathematics
  3. Candidate having higher marks in Mental Ability
  4. Candidate older in age to be preferred
  1. Candidate having higher marks in Biology
  2. Candidate having higher marks in Chemistry
  3. Candidate having higher marks in Physics
  4. Candidate having higher marks in Mental Ability
  5. Candidate older in age to be preferred
  1. Candidate having higher marks in Mathematics
  2. Candidate having higher marks in Physics
  3. Candidate having higher marks in Chemistry
  4. Candidate having higher marks in Mental Ability
  5. Candidate older in age to be preferred
  1. If two or more students continue to remain tied after applying the above criteria, priority shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the AKTHE registration date. Students who registered earlier shall be given preference.
