TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE AAKASH MOCK NEET TEST
You understand that Aakash Educational Services Limited ("AESL/Company") may collect and process Your personal information at the time of registration process for the test. You also agree that such personal information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.aakash.ac.in/privacypolicy which is subject to change from time to time at AESL's discretion.
1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Student/parent/guardian (“You” or “Your”) hereby declares that at the time of filling the registration form his/her age is 18 years or above and we have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions for NEET Mock Test as mentioned herein.
- You can either register for the Mock Test at the AESL website: https://neet-mocktest.aakash.ac.in/neet-mock-test and submit the duly filled forms along with a self-attested photocopy of the class XII mark sheet (as applicable) and one passport-size colour photograph. In case a mark sheet is not available, You can enrol by submitting a self-attested photocopy of Your Identity Card issued by the school.
- Mock Test is to be conducted in offline mode only at Your nearest branch or at Your Chosen branch during the submission of the registration form, however in any given circumstances AESL reserves the right to make any alteration/modifications in its test/centres without any prior notice. The cost of the mock test is ₹300 for students who are not enrolled with AESL, while it is free of charge for students currently enrolled with AESL.
- It is mandatory for You to fill in all the required details as requested in the registration form. In case of incomplete/ incorrect/ duplicate/multiple details provided by You, such registration form will not be considered and will stand cancelled. The mock test shall be activated only on completion of the registration process. Further, AESL reserves the right to ask any disqualified student for any reason whatsoever.
- After the registration process, You will be provided with a User ID and Password on Your registered mobile number and email ID for accessing the portal of AESL. You can find all the requisite and relevant details related to the exam, exam date and Your admit card at the AESL portal. Once the admit cards are available online students may download the same from the portal.
- As a mandate to appear in this mock test, You shall confirm whether You are eligible for the NEET Entrance Exam for this year. AESL shall not be held liable in any given circumstance for any reason whatsoever if a student's admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever.
You must provide the correct mobile number & e-mail IDs for communication. AESL is authorised to declare the result of the Mock Test on the declared dates or send any other communication or information through SMS, WhatsApp and/or e-mail on such mobile number and e-mail ID provided to AESL by You at the time of filling the registration form. AESL shall not be held responsible if You do not receive any such information or any other such important communication due to an incorrect or invalid mobile number/ e-mail ID provided at the time of registration. AESL and its service providers are hereby authorized by You to reach out with transactional/promotional/ updates or other information on WhatsApp/ email/ mobile number. AESL may also contact You through SMS, WhatsApp, email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, AESL shall not be liable for any loss or claim including financial penalties, damages or expenses in case the student/parent does not receive notifications due to the mobile number registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) database.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. In case, any dispute or difference arises between You and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, or any dispute arising out of or in under these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator who shall be appointed with the mutual consent of both the parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at New Delhi under the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Courts at New Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.
2. You hereby agree that the Company may use your name, photographs, and videos of Yours' for publicity in all kinds of media. In addition, AESL also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials for referencing or promotion, as required by the Company before or after the NEET exam is conducted for publicity in all kinds of media.
